I don’t quite savvy the humour. Seems perfectly reasonable to me. SUVs and other cars have a tonne of laws already in place to make idiot drivers literally stay in their lane.
Those scooters are driven in traffic as if the owners believe they’re in an amusement park ride and not the real world. And when these zipperbangs get bored, they ‘park’ the scooters just any fargin’ place they fancy.
Any regulations and rules are obviously a sign of respect, welcoming them into the status of “vehicles”.
