Thank you so much for posting this piece!! I’m Dutch and LOVE this. I can also tell you that David doesn’t lie at all about Sinterklaas: it’s all true and I was raised with this story like every Dutch child. I can only laugh about my own culture when hearing it from David Sedaris!
