Even for “Engrish”, This is Incomprehensible

by Joey deVilla on April 20, 2008

I work just south of Chinatown, where I saw this t-shirt on sale on Friday:

Engrish t-shirt seen on Spadina

Odd as Engrish can be, it usually makes at least some sense. Whoever made this shirt wasn’t even trying.

Ah, but even better… it would actually make sense in context:

They’ve just lifted the description of a horse named “Confetti”

(thank you Google, lol)

Odd that they changed the spelling from Kayleen to Cayleen, but then again they totally phoned in the latter part of the description.

Any ideas what the graphic has to do with horsies? Me, neither.

Perhaps they are just using random spam gibberish as source material.

I really want that t-shirt, if just to confuse everyone who sees me wearing it.
