I have a relative who took that route. On the up side, the pay is good, and so are the benefits. It's horrible, awful work, basically hazing with some actual productivity here and there. Did I mention overtime, late night car service, in office meal catering, the bonuses? It's still awful and soul destroying, but crap work with long hours and a nasty work environment is the post-Reagan norm in the US.
