None of the video depict injuries; just car and other property damage, plus some exclamations in Russian.

I'm calling bullshit on the "no injuries" claim. I'm sure everyone who's posted this wants to cover their ass (ethically if not legally), but I doubt anyone ever verified all 500+ accident reports.
Dash cams are nearly universal in Russia, due to rampant insurance fraud and police corruption.
Yeah, in Korea, if you have one your insurance is lower. They're like $150 installed.
