Nice find. For some bonus frisbee-nerd points: the "thumbs up catch" is really better used down-low. Beardy McBarefeet is just making it hard on himself trying to grab it up high like that.
It seems TPL doesn't have this book, but a quick search reveals the promising "Frisbee: a practioner's manual and definitive treatise (1975)".
