While I don't have any combination Pizza Hut and Taco Bell stores near me, I do have a combination Pizza Hut and KFC around the corner, and a combination Taco Bell and KFC 15 minutes up the street. Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and KFC are all owned by the same company, both in the US and here, so I'm sure there is a combination Pizza Hut and Taco Bell somewhere not far away.
When I worked in Kansas City years ago, they had KFC+Taco Bell+Pizza Hut all in one. We called them Kentacohuts
