Good on him for remembering his employees and REALLY doing whatever it takes for the good of the company. The big three bosses do the bare minimum and expect a pot of gold.
Sacrifices must be made when the company isn't doing well but unfortunately in North America, it's the workers who are sacrificed well before the big bosses.
