Update: Some quick notes…
The Simpsons have paid homage to A Clockwork Orange in a couple of episodes, but here’s the most hilarious time — the “cupcakes” scene. I’ve seen Clockwork Orange so many times that when I first saw this Simpsons episode, I was laughing for a good ten minutes:

I don't believe it!I'm a huge Simpon's fan, and the last few years I have become a great Kubrick fan...I can't believe I have never realized that in that episode the pay homage to Clockworck Orange!
I guess Ishould look for them better next time
@andrea: If it's any consolation, I didn't notice the "cupcakes" homage until I saw these pictures either, and I've watched that Simpsons episode and Clockwork Orange at least a dozen times each!
cool
nice boobs.
Good job! I hadn't realised that! Haha!
Those cupcakes were supposed to represent boobs?
I suppose it makes sense, considering the, *ahem*, composition of the cupcakes, but the thought never actually occurred to me.
Hahaha, I've viddied that episode at least 20 times over the years and never made the connection between the two.
The earlier seasons of the Simpsons were so great at these kinds of things :)
This isn't the only part that pays tribute to "A Clockwork Orange" There's a part where Bart dress as alex for halloween, And there's a part where homer goes in and out of Moes because he's nervous and Marge catches him and he says "Just doing a bit of the ole in-out, in-out" hahaha
