I’m number one! I’m number one! — Update: Dang. In Canada. See below for details.
For those of us surfing in Canada, Google automatically redirects to Google.ca rather than Google.com. This blog is the number 1 Google result in Canada, number 4 in the world. For now.
This will only serve to inflame my primary personality defect, which I’ll blog about tomorrow.

I hate to be the one to burst the bubble (okay, maybe that's not true :P ), but this might be a difference between google.com and google.ca:
Compare http://www.google.com/search?q=joey with http://www.google.ca/search?q=joey

Congratulations are still in order, though. I'm nowhere close to being highly ranked for 'richard'.
Oh, camel poo. Well, I'll treat this as another milestone on the way to the finish line!
It's still kind of funny though, since last night I linked to the front page of this site with your full name, not knowing how high you ranked in either of Google's sites. So that link should at least give you a +1 vote in your quest to rule all Joeys on the Internet, which is a worthwhile quest, I must say. Then you'd be able to have on your business card (or whatever) "Google 'Joey'" so that people can find you that way instead of having to memorize a URL.
I mean, if Pontiac can do it, so can can you. It's like AOL Keywords all over again!
