(Pardon the street argot — I’ve been playing Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas on the PlayStation 2 that Wendy got me for Christmas.)
My thanks to the Halifax Herald for listing this blog as one of the notable Canadian ones. I’d also like to send a shout-out to my co-worker Bessy Nikolaou for telling me about it.

Congratulations, eh.
Re notable Canadian anything: I live in California, and we are hosting an exchange student from Germany. Because I've visited Ottawa and a few other Canadian cities on business, she asked me if life in Canada is similar to life in the United States. In addition to noting the language issue (incidentally, she speaks French in addition to German, English, and Italian), I also noted the effect on Canada and Canadians of having a large, populus neighbor to the south, and the resulting emphasis on Canadian pride. (I didn't mention Mike Bullard, but I could have.)
Yo don't be such a busta, fool. Why you think I be talking like this too? Don't be spilling our secrets, cracka-macka!

Congrats, Joey...although out here the Chronicle Herald is often called the Chronically Horrid. Your Globe publicity gives you far more 'street cred' than the Herald ever will ;).
Happy holidays!
Have you tried overlaying podcasts for the radio station in GTA? You can use any MP3.
I got a PStwo as a 7th wedding anniversary present, so I can vouch for the staying power of gaming couples.
