Looks like the switch my server is on is having problems. I just saw the server drop out for 30 seconds; I'll keep monitoring it. I've got plenty of bandwidth left, though. I'm currently spewing 3.26 Mbps, after a max of 5.5 Mbps. The file has been downloaded 2645 times so far, drawing approximately 10.7 GB of traffic. I'll keep you informed...

P.S. I think the availability problems I was seeing last night are gone. The ISP seems to have been having a DoS attack, judging by the bandwidth graphs of their external links that they provided. Or it could have been some idiot who screwed up their routing.
