		<description>Thanks for the photos.  I usually sleep on my side, facing outwards, but it looks like the hose is long enough (or as noted, one can get a longer version) for my middle of the night turn inwards.

If you think of it, an update in a few weeks/months would be interesting.</description>

		<description>The one shown on a guy in the picture on the *other* post can actually be switched from side to side, so the hose can fit comfortably. Also, they have different lengths of hoses.
