“Garfield Minus Garfield” Plus Accordion

by Joey deVilla on March 31, 2008

Here’s the description of Garfield Minus Garfield, a site featuring Garfield comic strips in which Garfield has been removed:

Who would have guessed that when you remove Garfield from the Garfield comic strips, the result is an even better comic about schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and the empty desperation of modern life? Friends, meet Jon Arbuckle. Let’s laugh and learn with him on a journey deep into the tortured mind of an isolated young everyman as he fights a losing battle against loneliness in a quiet American suburb.

Here’s today’s Garfield Minus Garfield, which features the accordion:

This some funny stuff. I’ve loved garfield for as long as I remember and this gives it that dry unique adult perspective you never realized before.
