I have to hand it to people who enter the closed captions for live news shows — they have a tough job, and it’s all too easy to slip up:

I felt sorry for the close captioning people who had to caption the Can West Spelling Bee!

That’s funny! A spell checker wouldn’t do any good, because the word that they wanted (evacuating) and ejaculating are all valid terms!
