My honey and I switched to decaf just a few months ago when we started the South Beach Diet because we were told that decaf coffee counts as water in our quest to drink that humongous amount of water per day. Lately I've been sneaking some regular coffee back into my daily routine. So I should stop it and see what happens, whether I get some kind of caffeine withdrawal in the form of a headache. I'm all about science, doncha know. I never thought of the lack of caffeine as headache-inducing.
