Here’s an interesting ad for Snickers chocolate bars that shows how the world has shrunk. It was shot in Jeddah, the post-production was done in Amsterdam and the soundtrack is a tune by a hip-hop group from Kuwait (and apparently is in English):

I wonder if B3ta user Koit was involved. He’s known for his lo fi gifs that have the same sort of idea (see his traffic light wars). If he wasn’t involved I wonder how happy he’d be at seeing a similar idea in a flashy form plugging candy bars?
Cool ad though. The plug at the end certainly wasn’t that effective (viral buzz notwithstanding, as you point out).
