		<description>I used the word "housemate" because that's what he was. Had I been the landlord of the place, then "tenant" would've been the appropriate word.

  Besides, the Googlebomb (plus his getting phoned by CityNews for an interview) must've really stuck in his craw, and since it's very unlikely I'm going to get paid, it'll have to do.</description>
