The people who did the report went through Hansard and tabulated the number of times every MP spoke in the House, and their attendance at committee meetings. There was a clip from Tony Ianno saying he was too busy representing his riding to speak in the House or attend meetings. Cause he's like, y'know busy. There is a mention from Now from the last election about how Ianno has one of the worst attendance records in Parliament, but they don't give any cites. I guess you would have to go through Hansard yourself. Or you could ask Tony to 'splain.
